Edelstahl-Bratpfanne

The 5-ply construction really does make a difference—my steaks come out with a crust that’s even across the whole surface, and there’s zero hot spotting. I’ve had mine for six months and it still looks and performs like day one, though it is a bit heavy to toss around.

The stay-cool handle is a lifesaver—I can toss it around the stove without grabbing a mitt every two seconds. Heats up evenly across the whole pan, and the 5-ply build feels solid enough to hand down to my kid.

The sear on a steak tonight was absolutely flawless, and I could feel the heat distribution was even across the whole surface thanks to that 5-ply build. It's heavy in the hand but feels like it'll genuinely last a lifetime, which is exactly what I wanted.
