Took a few tries to get the seasoning right, but once I did, eggs slide right off this thing. The 5-ply construction heats evenly across the whole surface, no hot spots burning my garlic. Just wish the non-stick coating held up a bit better after a month of daily use.

The handle stays surprisingly cool even when I’m searing at medium-high heat, which is a relief. It’s not perfect—the nonstick needs a little oil or things stick slightly—but cleanup is still a breeze and the even heating is spot on.
