시즈닝 카본 스틸 프라이팬

The pre-seasoning is no joke — eggs slid right off this morning with barely a slick of butter. The heat control is noticeably even across the whole pan surface.

I've been using this pan every night since it arrived, and the seasoning is already building up beautifully. The superior heat control makes searing chicken and vegetables effortless, with no sticking at all.

Heating up fast and staying hot is exactly what I need for searing, and this pan delivers on that front. The pre-seasoned surface has held up well over the last few weeks, though I do wish the handle felt a bit sturdier during heavier cooks. Still, it’s become my go-to for weeknight stir-fries.
